Bread, focaccia and pizza with ancient flours and fermented water.

Pappardelle, pici, tortelli sauces and traditional second courses.

From 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM

During the morning we recommend:

Walk in the farm
Our olive oil tasting
Visit to the cellars and mills
Picnic on the beach or lunch at the inns
Visiting the villages

The lessons are reserved for our Guests only.
The cost of a room, including breakfast, which is in addition to the prices of the lessons.
The new Chefs who have attended all 3 lessons will receive a free gift package with our products and our recipe book for the morning dessets.

Request for a stay

Thanks to the several requests for stays in the winter, La Salina will now remain open from Thursday until Sunday as a B&B, Christmas holidays excluded.
